Integrated MedTech Production Base

Our manufacturing facility operates fully automated production lines equipped with advanced high-frequency thermal welding machines, including eighteen 5kW units, two 15kW units, two 25kW units, and one 150kW unit. We specialize in multi-layer lamination technology (2 to 4 layers) and process diverse materials ranging from PVC to medical-grade TPU. Our R&D capabilities encompass air cell development, cushion system innovation, and electronic inflation device exploration.

Complementary in-house technologies include automatic fabric cutting systems, robotic snap-fastening machines, and precision laser printers. Upon full operational capacity, the facility is projected to achieve annual production outputs of:1 million Auto-Rotation Anti-Decubitus Air Mattress units.500,000 Medical Compressor Nebulizers.500,000 Medical Pneumatic Compression Therapy Devices.
